"Finishing move: Thread Stripper!"
Ryuuko swung the Scissor Blade around as she sliced through her opponent's Ultima Uniform. Specifically that of the recent Three Star student, Mystic Supekutoramu. The black-haired teen fell to the ground, as his uniform dissolved into nothingness, one of it's single Life Fibers absorbing into Senketsu.
"That's the fifth Ultima Uniform this month, Senketsu! At this rate, we'll get to Satsuki in no time," the girl exclaimed, as her uniform reverted back to his dormant form. But while Ryuuko was celebrating her latest victory, her adversary, lay on the hard ground of the Honnoji Academy courtyard, tired, panting, and spiritually shattered. Mystic had sworn to lay down his life for Satsuki, to protect her until his final breath. And yet there he lay, defeated, stripped of his Ultima Uniform, powerless. Turning his head to the side, the glasses-wearing teen found his Pencil Blade still in hand, hardly scratched. And he was now, hardly worthy of even carrying it. Rising to his feet, Mystic gazed at the unscathed weapon, as he drove it into the ground of the academy courtyard, and left without another word.
"Where's he going?" Nonon asked, as she watched the boy trudge out of the school grounds.
"He was stripped of his Ultima Uniform. By default, he is now a No-Star. And where do all the No-Stars go? The slums of Honnoji Island," Inumuta answered, as he too watched Mystic disappear through the gates of Honnoji Academy.
"But why does he not persist? Why does he so simply accept defeat?" the hulking Gamagoori muttered.
"Perhaps he realized that fighting back in his current state would be pointless. After all, how can you hope to stand up to a Kamui user, whilst stark naked?" the blue-haired teen suggested.
"Do you guys ever pay attention to what happens around you?" All three pairs of eyes fell on the blindfolded Sanageyama, upon hearing his outburst.
"Mystic is leaving because he lost. He swore on his life that he would fight for Lady Satsuki, that he would give his all to defend her, but he failed. He's not just leaving for the slums. He's leaving Honnoji Academy. Again," the green-haired warrior explained as the other Three Stars exchanged worried looks.
"Satsuki isn't going to like this."
"Oh, you think, Ira?"
"Let us not falter just yet, Lady Satsuki isn't returning to Honnoji for another three days. That should be plenty of time for us to find Mystic and bring him back."
"Yeah, except for one thing, Inumuta."
"What is it?"
"It seems Lady Satsuki's returned ahead of schedule," Sanageyama replied as the rest of the Elite Four followed his supposed line of sight. And not far off into the distance, was Satsuki's helicopter, flying back to Honnoji.
".....So who wants to explain this to Satsuki?"

Meanwhile, in the slum levels of Honnoji Island, Mystic dragged himself through the dark and dusty alleyways between shabby homes, through the narrow roads that cut through the district, as he wandered off he-knew-not-where. After he left the academy, he managed to snag some decent apparel, so as to cover up his beaten form. But finally stopping in a shadowed alley, the glasses-wearing teen stepped into the darkness, as he pulled a tattered hood over his head.

"He's gone?" Satsuki had just heard the Elite Four's story, about what had happened to Mystic, and she couldn't believe what she had heard.
"We are sincerely sorry, Lady Satsuki, but we could not stop him," Gamagoori said as his head hung low in apology and disappointment.
"Though we do have an overall idea of where he is located, there's no telling how long it'll take to find him," Inumuta explained. After a moment or two, the Student Council President came to a decision.
"Gamagoori. Come with me, I need your car. The rest of you, stay here," she commanded as she swiftly left the room with the Disciplinary Bureau Chair in tow.
"Well, that's Lady Satsuki for you. Always taking matters into her own hands."

Back in the alleys of the slums, Mystic's soul was diminishing by the second, as rain fell over Honnoji Island.
"Satsuki....." the glasses-wearing teen gazed out the alleyway, and finally urged himself to step out of the darkness. Trekking through the slums, the light sound of his shoes on the concrete floor barely echoing, Mystic couldn't seem to make up his mind. He couldn't decide whether to find a place to settle down in the slums, or to cast himself away. Mentally conflicted, he found himself in yet another maze of alleys and shabby homes. Still unsure about what to do, he leaned back against a wall as he slid down to the floor, rain beating against his features, and soaking his pathetic excuse for clothing.

"I just want to apologize now, Lady Satsuki, if my driving is not to your expectations," Gamagoori warned, as he and Satsuki sped down deserted roads making their way to the lowest level of Honnoji Island.
"Do not worry about my comfort, Gamagoori. Just keep your eyes on the road," the girl replied, as she glanced around frantically from the windows of the convertible.
"He may be heading for the slums, but he couldn't have gotten that far that fast, could he?"
"I don't know. I just hope it's not too late."
"What do you mean not too-" Gamagoori paused, mid-sentence, upon seeing the look of pain and worry on Satsuki's face in the side-mirrors. Without another word, the man wrenched the stick shift forward and stomped down on the pedals, the old, beaten engine roaring into life as the car bolted forward.

"I've never seen Satsuki so worried before. It almost makes me feel guilty just thinking about it," Inumuta commented.
"She is Mystic's beloved eyebrow queen. And he, her beloved pencil-head. It would make sense for Satsuki to be this worried about him," Nonon remarked.
"Then why are we sitting around like this, when Mystic could be way past gone by now?" the blind-folded Three-Star demanded.
"Lady Satsuki would be shattered if she got to him and it was too late."
"I am well aware, Sanageyama, which is why I took the liberty of tapping into the slums' security feeds," the blue-haired teen stated.
"Any sign of him?" the Three Star musician asked, as she and Sanageyama came around to Inumuta's computer.
"Not yet. I am accessing earlier footage," he replied as he tapped away on his laptop. And after a moment or two, something finally came up.
"There!" the bamboo sword wielding teen exclaimed, pointing at a figure on the screen.
"If he's trying to hide, he's not doing a very good job of it," Inumuta muttered.
"Can you tell where he's headed?" Sanageyama questioned.
"Give me a minute," the teen replied, as he further accessed earlier feeds, before sighing in defeat.
"What is it?"
"Looking at this, there's no telling where he's headed, or precisely where he is. I've got nothing."
"Well you try, you don't always get it the first time, doggy."
"So now what?"
".....We wait. Satsuki wants us to stay here, so here we stay," exchanging unsure glances, Sanageyama and Nonon nodded in agreement.

"This is as far as I can go. All roads past this point are too narrow for the Cadillac," Gamagoori stated as Satsuki stepped out of the vehicle.
"Thank you. You may return to the academy. I will take it from here," the Student Council President replied, as the giant of a man nodded, slowly backing up before driving off. Taking a deep breath, Satsuki secured the three clasps on her bicep, activating Junketsu.
"Life Fiber Override: Kamui Junketsu!" propelling herself forward with the help of the thrusters on her back and shoulder pads, she sped through the slums, dust and dirt flying in her wake.
"Mystic! Mystiiiiic! Please! It's me, Satsuki!" Hurtling past alleys and ditches, leaping across houses and huts, the long-haired girl found no sign of her lover. Until something off had caught her quick-moving eye. Digging her heels into the ground, Satsuki skidded to a stop, as she backtracked her steps, and found herself staring down a strange alleyway. Where this alley would be open, it was sealed off, with a ceiling comprised of scrap metal and wood, supported by more than eight wooden beams, some wedged into cracks and holes in the walls, others balancing on top of dumpsters, broken appliances and other indistinguishable junk. And seated under all this, was a hooded figure, hunched over a fire burning in an empty oil barrel, his back turned to the girl. As Junketsu assumed his dormant form, Satsuki stepped into the alleyway, slowly, quietly, so not to accidentally startle the man.
"Excuse me, sir," the hunched figure turned his head slightly, before his gaze returned to the fire.
"Yes, what is it?"
"I'm looking for someone. I was told he was in this area. Would you happened to have seen him around?" the Student Council President asked, as she presented a picture of her and Mystic together. Gingerly taking it in his own hands, the hooded figure sighed before handing the photo back to Satsuki.
"His face is not one I'd forget. But I haven't seen him."
"You're certain about that?"
"I am."
"Because looking at all this, this roof, the way it's supported, it's pretty ingenious. One might even say, creative," the figure tensed up for a moment before his shoulders dropped, a defeated sigh escaping his lips. Gently pulling on the back of the hood, pulling it down, Satsuki found the face of none other than Mystic Supekutoramu.
"Why did you lie to me, Mystic?" Turning away from the girl, the short-haired teen stood up, taking a small pot of water set in the corner, and only pouring so much into the fire, until it burned dimly.
"Why did you come looking for me?"
"Because I care for you. I love you, Mystic, I need you. Why did you leave without saying anything?"
"It's complicated," the boy sighed.
"Is it really?" Mystic paused before turning towards Satsuki.
"When Matoi stripped me of my uniform, I wasn't sure what to do, what would happen. But I knew you wouldn't be happy. No, you'd be more than unhappy. I thought you'd be furious. I wasn't prepared to face that. It would be too much to bear, to see you so upset, let alone with me. After letting myself be defeated by Matoi, I felt I didn't deserve to still be a part of Honnoji Academy. I didn't deserve the life of a Three Star, or a Two Star. But worst of all, I felt I didn't deserve you. I felt I was unworthy of all this, so.....I left," the boy explained, his gaze falling away from the girl. Resting a hand on his shoulder, Satsuki gently brought Mystic's chin up, so they were once again at eye level, and tenderly wrapped her arms around him, her chin resting in the crook of the boy's neck. And after what seemed like forever, Mystic finally brought his arms around the blue-eyed girl, returning the gesture, as tears steadily flowed down his features, staining Junketsu.
"Mystic.....never let yourself think that you are ever unworthy of me. It is I who will never truly be worthy of you," Satsuki began, breaking from the hug, her gaze locking onto her lover's.
"And you will always be welcome at Honnoji. No matter your status, no matter who you are. You will always find a place to stay, with me," she finished, as she rested her forehead on Mystic's.
"Now will you come back with me, and stay?" the boy was silent for a moment before he slowly nodded as Satsuki planted a kiss on his cheek, and helped him up.
"S-Satsuki?"
"Yes, Mystic?"
"Thank you."
I realize that Satsuki may seem a little OOC here, but really, do I give a damn?
